The Beginner Workout is designed for anyone who has not been consistent in their for fitness routine for at least three months. This Program is also great for seniors, children and families. It is a full body workout, that combines some yoga, alignment exercises, strength training and stretching. You will strengthen your knees, back and total body.

The Advanced Workout is for the person who works out on a consistent basis. It combines weight training, kickboxing, plyometrics, yoga and stretch. It will work the total body Tuesdays and Thursdays, but on Saturdays will focus on three specific areas. Resting for two and a half days, back to back.
