Each client receives a heart rate monitor and an accelerometer. These motivation activity monitors allow for constant feedback ensuring that your exercise regiment is being done effectively. A specially designed Realife diary will help you record the numbers from the monitors. Each week, you fax or email your diaries to your coach and the two of you review, evaluate and comment on your progress in your weekly 20 minute phone call.
