4 x 4  SPRING TRAINING is the perfect way to jump start you and your friend’s  bodies into shape for summer. This program is designed to accommodate a group of four people, so you can save money while you get into shape!!

 

4 x 4 SPRING TRAINING is a group training session that combines indoor and outdoor training, and meets for an hour and a half session, once a week for a month. Each member of the group will also receive a one hour, private one on one session with me. That’s five sessions total!!

 

·        First we establish a group of four people (your friends or you with new friends).

·        Then, we choose the time of your weekly session.

·         Each person in the group will have a private one on one session with me during the first week. That way I get a better understanding of what your individual needs and goals are, even though you’re in a group.

·        Then we meet on your group’s set day, once a week. The training sessions will be outdoor and in my studio.

·        Each session will vary from a focus on heart rate, boot camp style training, kickboxing, station training, weight training, free movement and stretching.

·        And if you organize the group, you will receive a $30 discount.
